TERMS OF SERVICE – RAVNIKA

1. Eligibility and Use of Services

By accessing or using the services of Ravnika, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable laws in India. If you allow others to use your account or access our services, you are responsible for their activities.

2. Product Information and Nature of Goods

Ravnika deals in imitation jewellery and sarees. All products are non-precious and do not include real gold or silver.

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders and Wholesale Purchases

All orders placed on Ravnika are treated as purchase requests. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our side.

  • Minimum order value: ₹1000

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD). Only prepaid orders are accepted.

Ravnika operates as a wholesale business. Customers are allowed to purchase products for resale and commercial purposes.

However:

  • Resellers are not permitted to use the brand name “Ravnika” for selling purposes

  • Use of product images or content from our website is strictly prohibited without permission

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price charged will be as displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Prices do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment details and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping is currently available within India only

  • Shipping charges:

    • Up to 1 kg: ₹100

    • Above 1 kg: charges vary based on weight

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Ravnika takes responsibility for the product until it is delivered to the customer.

6. Returns, Replacement and Damage Policy

We do not accept general returns.

Replacement is allowed only in case of damaged or incorrect items, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (clear and uninterrupted)

  • The damage must be clearly visible in the video

  • Complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

If approved:

  • Customer must bear one side shipping cost (return shipping)

  • Replacement will be provided with free shipping

Claims without proper video proof or delayed reporting will not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and branding, are the exclusive property of Ravnika.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Resellers and customers are not allowed to use Ravnika’s brand name, images, or materials for their own selling or promotional purposes without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may include services or tools provided by third parties (such as payment gateways or platform providers). We are not responsible for their performance, policies, or actions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Ravnika reserves the right to suspend or block access if misuse is detected.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided on an “as available” basis without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravnika shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited only to the value of the product purchased.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ravnika harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.

15. Changes to Terms

Ravnika reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
