📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ravnika wholesale, we maintain strict quality checks. Kindly read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    • Personal dislike

    • Change of mind

    • Colour differences due to lighting or screen settings

    • Minor imperfections (stones, marks, threads, etc.)

    • Size issues (especially bangles)

🔁 Replacement Policy (Only for Damage Cases)

We offer replacement only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Missing item

  • Incorrect product received

⚠️ Important Conditions:

  • A complete unboxing video (no cuts or pauses) is mandatory

  • Video must clearly show:

    • All 4 sides of sealed parcel

    • Opening process till full unpacking

  • Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

🔄 Replacement Process

  • Product must be returned to us first

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by customer

  • After inspection, replacement will be shipped

  • No extra shipping charge for replacement from our side

🚫 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible due to product unavailability or stock issues.”
