All orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and type of product.

Standard shipping charge: ₹100 (up to 1kg) inside india

Additional weight: Extra charges will be applied accordingly at the time of checkout
- orders will be dispatched through DTDC or INDIA POST (ems) ,AS OF NOW

ORDER TRACKING

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details
If your order has not been delivered within 10–15 days after dispatch, you may contact us for assistance.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Failed deliveries due to wrong information
FAILED DELIVERY & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
If a shipment is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Customer not available

Refusal to accept the order
👉 The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
For re-shipping:

Customer must pay shipping charges again

Re-dispatch will be done only after payment confirmation
No refunds will be provided for RTO cases.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Be available to receive the parcel

Respond to courier calls/messages
Failure to do so may result in RTO.
DAMAGED PARCELS DURING SHIPPING
If the parcel appears damaged externally:

Customers are advised to record a proper unboxing video

Follow the Damage & Replacement Policy for claims

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement of the same product.

If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or If the originally ordered product is unavailable or out of stock at the time of replacement, the customer may select an alternate product of equal or higher value. Any additional cost arising from such selection shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.

The cost of return the damaged item back is to be borne by the customer.

We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement back to you.
We are not responsible for claims made without valid proof.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
For international orders:

Customers may be required to pay custom duties, taxes, or import charges

These charges are not included in our product or shipping cost

Customers are solely responsible for paying these charges
- At present we are not giving refund or replacement for international shipping incase damage in transit.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once the order is handed over to the courier:

In the event that an order is confirmed as lost in transit due to courier partner negligence, and after a thorough investigation, the full order amount along with the shipping charges will be refunded

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue to the best of our ability

Any damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, or regular wear and tear will not qualify for return or replacement.

Ravnika by Heera reserves the full right to make the final decision on all return, replacement, and refund requests, and such decisions will be binding.
